A device for calculating a wind load according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a target area setting unit for setting a target area using information on locations and heights of a plurality of points within an area in question; and a horizontal distance calculation unit for calculating a horizontal distance between the apex of the target area and a point where a structure is located.
