Provided is a polyvinylidene fluoride resin adhesive film exhibiting surface protection performance, the polyvinylidene fluoride resin adhesive film restoring transparency by filling surface irregularities created by scratching of a transparent substrate, and having exceptional weather resistance and stain resistance. A polyvinylidene fluoride resin adhesive film characterized by comprising: a resin composition layer containing 100-50 mass% of a polyvinylidene fluoride resin and 0-50 mass% of a polymethacrylic acid ester resin (the total of the two being 100%), the resin composition layer being laminated on one surface of a resin composition layer that contains 0-50 mass% of a polyvinylidene fluoride resin and 100-50 mass% of a polymethacrylic acid ester resin (the total of the two being 100%) as well as 0.1-15 mass% of an ultraviolet absorber relative to the resin component; and an acrylic adhesive layer formed on the other surface.
