Disclosed is an RFID tag antenna for use in a 3D chip. The present utility model is characterized in that the radiofrequency tag antenna is provided at a number of four. The four radiofrequency tag antennas comprise two parts, namely a resonator cavity part and extendable antenna wings. Folded antennas are provided in the resonator cavity part. Outer extremities of the resonator cavity part are connected to the extendable antenna wings. The extendable antenna wings are 92 millimeters in length and 44 millimeters in width. Beneficial effects of the present utility model are such that: the read/write sensitivity of a 3D radiofrequency antenna is greatly increased, in addition to use at short ranges, also allowed is use at long ranges as logistic and warehousing radiofrequency tags, such as aviation industry RFID baggage tags, cargo RFID tags, or use in student cards, employee cards, and VIP cards, thus implementing long range personnel positioning. |
