A power apparatus, slotter drive device and slotter, comprising a motor, a motor mounting base and a transmission shaft; the motor mounting base has an inner cavity and a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole respectively provided at both ends of the inner cavity; the motor is mounted on the upper portion of the motor mounting base, and forms a sealed connection with the motor mounting base; the motor output shaft of the motor extends into the inner cavity through the first mounting hole; one end of the transmission shaft extends into the inner cavity through the second mounting hole, and is in a drive connection with the motor output shaft; a sealed connection is formed between the middle of the transmission shaft and the second mounting hole; the other end of the transmission shaft extends to the outside of the second mounting hole. The power apparatus seals a motor oil drainage cavity by sealing a motor mounting base, thus improving loading capacity of a lip-seal-free motor without changing the structure of the motor.
