Disclosed in the present invention is an LED light source device having a transparent cover, comprising a transparent cover and a surficial layer having water resistance or anti-fouling properties, and coated on the surface of the transparent layer, wherein the surficial layer is made of a phosphate-based compound including a fluorine carbonate group or a hydrocarbon group. The LED light source device of the present invention comprises the surficial layer having the anti-fouling properties or water-proofing properties on the surface of the transparent cover, thereby easily removing moisture or dusts attached to the surface to prevent reduction of light penetration efficiency.
