The present invention relates to a charging system and a charging method of a secondary battery. According to an embodiment of the present invention, when voltage of a first power supply unit is measured to control charging of a second power supply unit which is charged by power supplied from the first power supply unit, the voltage of the first power supply unit is measured in a load-free condition of the first power supply unit. As such, the second power supply unit can be charged by using an accurate control value.
