The present invention relates to a system and a method to design and manufacture orthotic footwear, capable of efficiently manufacturing the orthotic footwear by efficiently creating a 3D CAD file of the orthotic footwear fitted to a shape of a foot or an arch of a foot according to case-based reasoning of an artificial intelligence, and by using a 3D printer. The system to design and manufacture the orthotic footwear comprises: a sole pattern imaging unit to obtain a sole pattern image of a user; an orthotic footwear designing unit to intelligently customize and design the orthotic footwear using the sole pattern image transmitted by the sole pattern imaging unit, and to generate a CAD file therefrom; an orthotic footwear manufacturing unit to manufacture the customized orthotic footwear using the 3D printer based on the CAD file transmitted by the orthotic footwear designing unit. |
