The device main body 10 has a main wall 12a in which ventilation openings 12x are formed. The actuating plate 20 is turnably supported on the device main body 10 in the vicinity oi and on an outdoor side of the main wall 12a. The actuating plate 20 is maintained at an open position, at which the actuating plate 20 has come away from the main wall (12a; 52) to open the ventilation openings (12x; 52x), by its own weight and/or a force of a spring 30, and the actuating plate 20 under outdoor wind pressure turns from the open position to a closed position at which the actuating plate 20 has come closer to the main wall 12a to cover the ventilation openings 12x. The packing 25 has elasticity and air permeability, and is mounted on a surface of the actuating plate 20 facing the main wall 12a, at a position away from a turning support point of the actuating plate 20. When the actuating plate 20 is at the closed position, the packing 25 allows circulation of air while being held between the main wall 12a and the actuating plate 20.</p> |
