PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of improving accuracy of voice recognition on speech uttered carefully and slowly.SOLUTION: An extension method of a voice dictionary according to the present invention includes: reading pronunciation of each vocabulary from a pronunciation dictionary; generating new pronunciation by extending resonance included in the pronunciation of the vocabulary; and extending the pronunciation dictionary using the new pronunciation on condition that a vocabulary having a pronunciation same as the new pronunciation does not exist in the pronunciation dictionary.
