PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer which is small in size and enables analysis high in accuracy.SOLUTION: An analyzer comprises: an adsorption device 2 including a substrate 211 and a plurality of carbon nanotube bundles extending from the substrate and positioned separately from each other; a support that supports the adsorption device; a first channel that guides a fluid to the adsorption device supported by the support and causes the plurality of carbon nanotube bundles to adsorb one or more substances contained in the fluid; a desorption device that desorbs the one or more substances from the plurality of carbon nanotube bundles; a measurement device that measures the one or more substances desorbed from the plurality of carbon nanotube bundles; and a second channel that guides the one or more substances desorbed from the plurality of carbon nanotube bundles from the adsorption device to the measurement device. |
