PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed agitation device which efficiently and uniformly disperses a flocculation agent in a concentrate solution containing a suspended matter.SOLUTION: A high speed agitation device 1 of the invention includes: a rotary shaft 3 rotated by a driving source 2; an agitation impeller 5 connected with the rotary shaft 3; a cylindrical member 7 which is disposed coaxially with the rotary shaft 3 and stores the agitation impeller 5; and baffles 15 fixed to an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical member 7. The baffles 15 are disposed around the agitation impeller 5.
