PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill for roasting double sides and a stove, capable of securing cleaning property and having preferable heating balance.SOLUTION: A grill device 20 comprises, in a grill chamber 21: a cooking space 31 on an upper side of an intermediate plate 30; and a heating space 32 on a lower side of the intermediate plate 30. An upper burner 35 is provided in the cooking space 31, and a cooking plate 10 is mounted on an upper surface of the intermediate plate 30. A lower burner 36 is provided in the heating space 32. A heat quantity from the upper burner 35 is directly applied to an object to be cooked. A heat quantity from the lower burner 36 is indirectly applied to the object to be cooked from the heating space 32 through the intermediate plate 30 and the cooking plate 10. From start of cooking until lapse of a predetermined time, the upper burner 35 is made to burn with normal fire power, and after lapse of the predetermined time after ignition, the upper burner 35 is made to burn with amplified fire power. Thus, the heat quantity from the upper burner 35 in a cooking initial stage, can be made lower than that in a subsequent stage of the cooking, and therefore heating balance of the object to be cooked can be improved. |
