PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use image information to efficiently support management of a water treatment facility.SOLUTION: A water treatment management supporting system comprises: an image information database to store image information, shooting date and time/position, a photographer and a shooting reason; a water quality database to store a water quality analysis item, a water quality analysis result and measurement position/date and time; a water volume database to store a water volume result and measurement position/date and time; a history/process database to store an operation history, process data and alarm issuing date and time/content; a document management database to store work content documents including a management form, a report and a drawing, location environment of a water purification plant, water supply capacity, a water supply area, etc.; a know-how information database to store a study item, a basis, an operator's subjective view, etc. at the occurrence of a failure; image editing means for linking selected image data in the image information database and water quality data, water volume data, history/process data, document data and know-how information data to create instructional materials/manual information; and input/output means for retrieving/outputting the instructional materials/manual information. |
