1. A diesel engine control apparatus for controlling fuel injection timing of a diesel engine having a combustion cylinder, the control apparatus comprising:
a cylinder pressure sensor for detecting a cylinder pressure of the diesel engine; a parameter computation unit which computes a parameter related to a change in the cylinder pressure of the diesel engine obtained from a signal output from the cylinder pressure sensor; and a control unit which performs a transition period control for controlling fuel injection timing such that the parameter falls within a target range when combustion in the diesel engine is switched from premixed combustion to diffusion combustion. |
