the first valve element comprises a planar component which is composed of a rigid part and a flexible part which are not in contact with the second valve element when the valve is open; the first surface is composed of the surface of the rigid part and the surface of the flexible part; the second surface is adapted to be in contact with the surface of the rigid part and the surface of the flexible part when the valve is closed; the rigid part and the flexible part are made from a same material. |
