The invention relates to devices for pulverizing various materials and can be applied in the construction, chemical, mining, and food industries, and in other industries. A jet mill contains a rotor and a stator, which are assembled using rings made of sheet steel. The edges of a large number of the flat rings are provided with notches which alternate with slots. The notches and slots of the rings form grooves on surfaces, of the rotor and stator, which face one another. Grinding elements in the form of plates are provided in the grooves which are formed by the slots. In order to increase the amount of time a processed material is located in a processing zone, the rotor and stator contain at least one flat slotted ring, said ring covering the grooves, formed by notches, of other flat rings. In order to allow for the radial displacement of the grinding elements, said elements are connected to pushers, one end of which engages with a groove by means of a peg; the ends of the groove are equidistant from the rotor axis, and the groove is provided, for instance, in an auxiliary end ring. The technical effect consists in simplifying the design of a jet mill, in improving the manufacturability thereof, and in simplifying the adjustment of the degree of grinding while ensuring high grinding efficacy. |
