The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device, a driving method thereof, and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate; a semiconductor pattern which is positioned on the substrate, and includes multiple channel areas; a first gate insulating film which is positioned on the semiconductor pattern; multiple first gate conductive layers which are positioned on the first gate insulating film; a second gate insulating film which is positioned on the gate patterns; and a second gate conductive layer which is positioned on the second gate insulating film. The channel areas include a first channel area which is overlapped with the first gate conductive layer, and a second channel area which is not overlapped with the first gate conductive layer. The doping concentration of the second channel area is different from the doping concentration of the first channel area.
