The characteristic of the present invention comprises: a maintenance terminal (10) to decipher information of a nameplate included in the power generator, transmit nameplate information deciphered to the outside, and receive working information from the outside by being carried by the technician who maintains the power generator; an electrical installation monitoring and controlling system (20) to monitor the power generator and control and operate power; an operating terminal (40) to receive the working information from the outside and transmit an operating result of the electrical installation monitoring and controlling system (20) to the outside by being carried by the technician who operates the electrical installation monitoring and controlling system (20); and a power generator maintenance server (30) to confirm a terminal ID and the nameplate information transmitted from the maintenance terminal (10), transmit the working information corresponding to the confirmed nameplate information to the operating terminal (40), and transmit the working information to the maintenance terminal (10) if an operating completion of the electrical installation monitoring and controlling system (20) is received from the operating terminal (40).
