PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small rotation processing device with high processing accuracy of a processing object.SOLUTION: A first motor 20 comprises a motor shaft 21. A transmitting part 31 is mounted to the tip of the motor shaft 21 and can rotate with the motor shaft 21. A transmitted part 32 is provided to face the transmitting part 31, and the rotation of the transmitting part 31 is transmitted thereto. The transmitted part 32 is mounted to one end of a shaft member 41. A bearing part 40 bears the shaft member 41. A processing part 42 is mounted to the other end of the shaft member 41 and can process a processing object 2 by rotating with the shaft member 41. Non-contact transmission means 50 can transmit the rotation of the transmitting part 31 to the transmitted part 32 without bringing the transmitting part 31 and the transmitted part 32 into contact with each other. Engaging means 57 can engage the transmitting part 31 with the transmitted part 32 mechanically. A control part 90 can control the engaging means 57 to allow or release the engagement of the transmitting part 31 and the transmitted part 32.
