PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure which does not easily come off in an attached state, and in changing and the like of a band, allows a user to easily attach and remove the band without using a special tool and the like, and to provide a watch.SOLUTION: A band attachment structure comprises: a connection piece 3 including fitting recessions 31 arranged opposite to each other on one end side thereof; and a joint part 4 including engagement members 51a, 51b each having an engagement protrusion 511 configured to protrude in the fitting recession 31 by being biased with a biasing member 52, and provided detachable to the connection piece 3. Regulation members 53 each having a parallel part 531 and an inclined part 532 are attached to the outer side surface of the engagement members 51a, 51b. By operating an operation member 54 provided with sliding parts 541 which slide with respect to the inclined parts 532, the regulation members 53a, 53b and the engagement members 51a, 51b are moved in an opposite direction to the biasing direction by resisting to biasing force of the biasing member 52. By this, the engagement protrusions 511 are withdrawn from the fitting recessions 31 to be in an embedded state. |
