PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and easily update biological information in a key-binding technique.SOLUTION: A secret data collation device 3 registers a first secret vector that is obtained by making biological data 111 and a key 112 secret while using an approximation decision matrix 331. The secret data collation device 3 acquires a second secret vector that is obtained by making collation data 211 secret while using the approximation decision matrix 331. The secret data collation device 3 calculates a remainder vector according to the approximation decision matrix 331 from a differential between the first secret vector and the second secret vector and determines whether the biological data 111 and the collation data 211 are approximate on the basis of the remainder vector. In the case where they are approximate as a result of the determination, the secret data collation device 3 extracts key data from the remainder vector and generates a third secret vector by adding the extracted key data and the second secret vector. The secret data collation device 3 stores the generated third secret vector. |
