PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive evaluation result consistent with a user sensibility.SOLUTION: A drive evaluation apparatus includes a control device 10 that executes: a drive information obtainment function for obtaining drive information related to a driving of a vehicle; an evaluation section extraction function for extracting a curve evaluation section on the basis of drive information containing obtained steering information of the vehicle and/or lateral acceleration of the vehicle; a drive evaluation function for evaluating and outputting the drive of the vehicle in the curve evaluation section by using a curve section evaluation reference defined for evaluating the drive of the curve evaluation section; a travel scene determination function for determining a travel scene of the vehicle from the obtained drive information; and an evaluation reference change function for changing the curve section evaluation reference in accordance with the travel scene of the vehicle.
