摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrode sheet of a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery which enables the suppression of the unexpected bending of an electrode mixture layer of the electrode sheet toward a thickness direction in pressing, thereby to suppress the fracture of a collector.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrode sheet comprises: an electrode mixture-producing step for producing an electrode mixture by mixing together a binder in an active material; a coating step for coating a first face of a collector composed of a long length of metal foil with a first electrode mixture layer, and coating a second face on the side opposite to the first face with a second electrode mixture layer thinner than the first electrode mixture layer; a drying step for drying the first and second electrode mixture layers; an inclined part formation step for forming, in uncoated parts which are not coated with the first or second electrode mixture layer, inclined parts inclined with respect to a flat part of the collector coated with the first and second electrode mixture layers toward the first face; and a press step for pressing the first and second electrode mixture layers in a thickness direction thereof after the inclined part formation step.
