PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program management terminal apparatus capable of automatically determining appropriate timing of program replacement and automatically performs replacement of program.SOLUTION: A program management terminal apparatus 1 calculates the timing of program replacement by using relationship between a program which operates on a terminal apparatus constituting a plant monitoring control system and the control of a plant. In particular, for example, the program management terminal apparatus 1 manages failure of a program, information on operation state of the plant and influence level of a failure, and hardware specifications of terminal apparatus, and determines the timing of corrective actions based on the information. Also, specific programs, which operate only when a certain operation or control is executed, are automatic replaced based on a certain determine reference. |
