An extraction method is provided with: an extraction step for extracting a specific component into an extracting agent from a raw material fluid while making the raw material fluid and extracting agent flow in a flow path in extractors in various stages; a guide step for guiding the mixed fluid of the raw material fluid and extracting agent from that flow path before the extraction of the specific component reaches an extraction equilibrium from the raw material fluid in the flow path for the extractors in various stages; a separation step for separating the mixed fluid that has been guided from the flow path of the extractors in various stages into the raw material fluid and extracting agent respectively; a raw material fluid supply step for supplying each raw material fluid that has been guided from the flow path for the extractors in the various stages and separated by the separation step to the flow path for the extractors in the next stages; and a pH adjusting step for adjusting the pH of the raw material fluid so as to undo changes in the pH of the raw material fluid that have arisen with extraction of the specific component in the extraction step, prior to supplying the raw material fluid, which has been guided from the flow path for the extractors in specific stages and separated in the separation step, to the flow path for the extractors in the next stages in the specific stages. |
