The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional porous scaffold with a macro/micro dual porous structure, comprising the following steps: pouring a precursor substance forming a porous body, a dispersing agent, and a freezing medium into a cylindrical mold, frozen-molding at the temperature or less of the freezing point of the freezing medium, and extruding the same; laminating fiber extruded in the previous step in a desirable shape by a three-dimensional robot; and removing the freezing medium by freeze-drying after pressing the laminate at the specific temperature. The three-dimensional porous scaffold manufactured by the manufacturing method according to the present invention has excellent internal pore connection, has a dual porous structure of micro pores and macro pores, and controls pore size by using re-melting of the freezing medium. |
