The present invention relates to a composition for skin whitening and/or wrinkle improvement and, more particularly, to a composition for skin whitening and/or wrinkle improvement using fermented products of soybean peptides, to a preparing method of an enhancer using the same for skin whitening and wrinkle improvement, and to an external skin preparation using the same. The composition for skin whitening and/or wrinkle improvement includes 50 to 50,000 ppm of fermented products of soybean peptides, where the fermented products of soybean peptides have low molecular weight peptides with a weight-average molecular weight of 200 to 500.
