The present invention provides a method for producing block type noodle soup coated with gelatin, comprising the following steps: spraying and mixing dried green onion, garlic pieces, potato pieces, egg pieces, dried kimchi, starch, acetic acid, refined salt, glutamic acid sodium, refined sugar, etc with watery arrowroot flour paste; forming the mixture in a block shape at a pressure of cm^2/5 kg; compressing and packaging the block-shaped mixture with a gelatin film having 25% of water content; and coating the packaged mixture with completely dried gelatin. |
