PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for channel state information measurement and reporting.SOLUTION: A rule specifies timing relation between a measurement configuration which indicates at least one sub-frame for measuring and a reporting configuration which indicates at least one sub-frame for reporting. This rule is used by both user equipment UE and a network to map between a downlink sub-frame in which channel state information is measured and an uplink sub-frame in which the channel state information is reported.
