PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus, a communication method and a program capable of satisfying both of safety and convenience of communication in information transmission.SOLUTION: The communication apparatus includes: an acquisition section that acquires a piece of information relevant to a position or external environments of the communication apparatus; and a control section that, when the information acquired by the acquisition section satisfies predetermined conditions, controls the transmission of the information which includes the first identification information of the communication apparatus. The communication method includes the steps of: acquiring a piece of information relevant to the position or external environments of the communication apparatus; and when the acquired information satisfies predetermined conditions, controlling the transmission of the information which includes the first identification information of the communication apparatus. |
