PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of feeding an application station with a packaging material having areas in which the opening devices will be applied in correct positions while reducing the number of the overall components of the device.SOLUTION: There is described a device 10 for feeding a web 3 of a packaging material along a path P and towards an application station 26. The packaging material comprises a plurality of pre-laminated holes at which the application station 26 applies respective opening devices 4. The device 10 comprises: advancing means 11, 12 for advancing the web 3 in a first direction A parallel to the path P; a sensor 15 for generating a plurality of measurement signals M1, M2, M3 associated with the positions of the pre-laminated holes; and a first motor 14 controllable on the basis of the measurement signals M1, M2, M3. The first motor 14 is operatively connected to advancing means 11, 12 for moving advancing means 11, 12 in a second direction T intersecting the path P. |
