PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method, enabling the radio network side to discriminate the cause of a trouble in a radio coverage detected by a radio terminal (UE), and to determine and execute a handling method according to the discrimination result.SOLUTION: The radio terminal (UE), on acquiring measurement instruction information from a radio station, performs measurement and recording according to the measurement instruction information, to report it to the radio station. The radio terminal, when satisfying a first condition related to the selection or the detection of a first cell (allowed cell) in which subordination is permitted with regard to a predetermined service and satisfying a second condition related to the measurement or the recording, records information related to a second cell (not allowed cell) to which subordination is not permitted with regard to the predetermined service. |
