PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording method which removes ink adhered to the tip part of a nozzle or its adhered product with a cleaning liquid without impairing storage stability of the ink and improves the injection stability and an ink set.SOLUTION: An inkjet recording method uses an aqueous ink comprising a disperse dye, a resin and water and includes a step of discharging droplets of the aqueous ink from an inkjet recording head to impart onto a recording medium and a step of cleaning the inkjet recording head with a cleaning liquid containing an organic solvent. The average SP value of the organic solvent contained in the aqueous ink is 16 or greater and smaller than 22, and the average SP value of the organic solvent contained in the cleaning liquid is 10 or greater and smaller than 15. |
