PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition for pre-dipping suitable for prewashing and pre-dipping washing good in starch detergency, oil and fat detergency and resoiling-preventing power, excellent in storage stability without reducing amylolytic enzyme activity and used for a pre-washing process before main washing of table wares in an automatic dishwasher.SOLUTION: There is provided a detergent composition for pre-dipping containing (A) polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene alkyl ether of 6 mass% to 40 mass%, (B) an amylolytic enzyme, (C) an enzyme stabilizer, (D) a solubilizer and (E) a pH adjuster. |
