PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by suppressing the deformation of a cover body sealing a heat treatment chamber.SOLUTION: Provided is a heat treatment device 1 where heat treatment regarding carburization treatment is performed to a workpiece W, comprising a sealable heat treatment chamber 2, a mounting stand 20 provided at the lower part of the heat treatment chamber 2 and mounted with the workpiece W and a lift rod 8 connected to the mounting stand 20, and the lift rod 8 is screwed with a cover body 10 composing the bottom part of the heat treatment chamber 2. According to this invention, owing to the screwing of the cover body 10 to the lift rod 8, when force to the lower direction is acted on the cover body 10, the cover body 10 moves to the lower part. Thus, when the heat treatment chamber 2 is sealed, even if foreign matter is bitten in a space between the cover body 10 and the lower edge in the side wall contacted with the cover body 10, the phenomenon that, as foreign matter is bitten, the cover body 10 is pressed against the lower edge of the side wall part is eliminated. In this way, the deformation of the cover body 10 can be suppressed. |
