PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft drink containing arginine at high concentration, in which the fishy flavor and bitterness of arginine are reduced, and having satisfactory flavor, and a method for producing the soft drink.SOLUTION: Provided is an arginine high concentration soft drink blended with arginine of 170 to 2,000 mg/100 ml, vitamin B1 of 0.06 to 7.5 mg/100 ml, vitamin B6 of 0.1 mg/100 ml or higher and ethanol of 0.05 to 1%, and in which the pressure of carbon dioxide is 0.7 to 5.0 kg/cm2. |
