VINYL CHLORIDE POLYMER LATEX, POLYOL COMPOSITION, AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING SAME

Provided are: a polyol composition which is excellent in terms of storage stability and dispersion stability and has satisfactory handleability; a vinyl chloride polymer latex for use in producing the polyol composition; and a process for producing the polyol composition using the vinyl chloride polymer latex. The polyol composition includes one or more polyols that contain a vinyl chloride polymer having a volume-average particle diameter ([MV] value) of 0.3-5 μm in an amount of 5-50 wt% with respect to the polyol composition, contains a phosphoric acid ester or phosphoric acid ester salt in an amount of 0.2-8 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride polymer, and has a viscosity of 10,000 mPa·s or less. The vinyl chloride polymer latex for use in producing the polyol composition contains a phosphoric acid ester or phosphoric acid ester salt in an amount of 0.2-8 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride polymer, the vinyl chloride polymer having a volume-average particle diameter ([MV] value) of 0.2-2 μm. The process for producing the polyol composition comprises using the vinyl chloride polymer latex.
