A construction machinery with a ripping tool is disclosed. The construction machinery with a ripping tool according to the present invention is configured by comprising a key formed in the outer surface of a tool bar attached to the rear of the vehicle body; a retainer, one side of which is coupled to the tool bar and the other side of which a ripper is attached to; and a fastening member, both ends of which are coupled to the retainer while wrapping the remaining part of the outer circumference surface of the tool bar under the state that the retainer is in contact with the tool bar, wherein a key hole engaged with the key of the tool bar is formed in the retainer. |
