System for the cross-domain or domain-specific optimized use and/or planning of infrastructure facilities (5-i) of an urban district (UG), the system having: at least one field system (4-i), which provides field data of the infrastructure (5-i) facilities used by a plurality of users; at least one ETL module (6) for the extraction, transformation and loading of the field data provided by the field system (4), wherein the ETL module (6) prepares the extracted field data for a generic data model of an urban district and uploads it to a system database (7) of the system for the instantiation of the data model; and analysis modules (8-i) and application modules (9-i), which access the instantiated data model stored in the system database (7) of the respective urban district (UG) in order to make interventions in infrastructure facilities (5-i) of the respective urban region (UG) and/or to analyze and/or influence the user-behavior of the users in the respective urban region (UG).
