The invention relates to a fabric softening composition comprising a cationic fabric softening agent and a thickening polyurethane resulting from the condensation of: a) at least one compound of formula (I), in which R is a linear or branched carbon chain including at least one unsaturation and having between 17 and 24 carbon atoms, [ (OE)m - (OP)n - (OB)p ] represents an alkoxylated chain formed by alkoxylated units distributed into blocks, alternating or statistical, selected from OE ethoxylated units, OP propoxylated units and OB butoxylated units, and m, n and p represent, independently of one another, 0 or an integer between 1 and 10, the sum of m, n and p being between 0 and 10; b) at least one polyol, for example at least one poly(alkylene glycol); and c) at least one polyisocyanate. |
