PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag device which makes an air bag stored in a vehicle width direction inner side part of a backrest less likely to fall after inflation and expansion of the air bag.SOLUTION: An air bag device includes: an air bag which is stored in a vehicle width direction inner side part of a backrest; and an inflator which inflates and expands the air bag. The air bag includes: a first chamber which stores the inflator so that a longitudinal direction of the inflator is set to a vertical direction of the air bag; and a second chamber which is inflated and expanded above the first chamber by a gas jetted from an upper end of the inflator so as to extend in a cylindrical shape to the upper side of the first chamber. |
