PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiglare film that sufficiently prevents visibility from reducing due to a glare and has a transmission sharpness degree of 70% or higher, and a method for manufacturing the antiglare film.SOLUTION: The antiglare film of the present invention comprises an optical film having a random rugged shape surface, the optical film being obtained by transfer molding, on an optical film base material, irregularities of a mold surface by using an ultraviolet cure resin. The random rugged shape has a spherical convex surface with a diameter d in a range of 3-12 μm, a height h in a range of 1-4 μm, a gradient angle &thetas; in a range of 20-50°, a surface roughness Ra in a range of 0.05-0.3 μm, and an optical characteristic of at least 70% of transmission sharpness, thereby reducing the glare. |
