PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling applied heat quantity in three-dimensional shape forming, which controls the heat quantity to be applied to obtain the optimum foam state according to the moisture content of the medium, and also to provide a three-dimensional shape forming method, apparatus and program using the same.SOLUTION: A control unit 21 measures the weight of a paper sheet W on a placing table 15 (S1). If the paper sheet weight W is equal to or less than a threshold value W1, the control unit 21 determines that the paper sheet has been stored at ordinary temperature and ordinary humidity, and moves a halogen lamp unit 18 at a lower speed V2 (mm/s) relative to the placing table 15. If the paper sheet weight W is more than the threshold value W1 and is equal to or less than a threshold value W2, the control unit 21 determines that the paper sheet has been stored at ordinary temperature and higher humidity, and moves the halogen lamp unit 18 at a higher speed V3 (mm/s) relative to the placing table 15. If the paper sheet weight W is more than the threshold value W2, the control unit 21 determines that the paper sheet has been stored at higher temperature and higher humidity and cannot be used for thermal foaming, and immediately terminates the processing. |
