PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely test cache performance while decreasing a man-hour.SOLUTION: A test device 1 issues an access request (I/O request) to a storage device 2, and performs a performance evaluation test on the storage device 2 on the basis of a response to the access request. A controller 1a repeatedly issues a first access request 3, second access request 4, and third access request 5 in parallel with one another to the storage device 2, and stores in a memory 1b response times 7 from the storage device 2. The controller 1a classifies the access requests, which are issued during a test time, into a primary cache access (C1), secondary cache access (C2), or cache mistake access (CM). |
