An evaluation chart for functional eyeglass lenses, said chart having a first and a second evaluation region for evaluating the suitability of two types of functional eyeglass lenses having different functions. When the first and the second evaluation region are expressed respectively as the chromaticity points (x1, y1) and (x2, y2) in the x-y chromaticity coordinates, the distance ΔE = {(x1-x2)2 + (y1-y2)2}½ is 0.001-0.04 in the x-y chromaticity coordinates, and their respective color temperatures are 4000K-9000K, with the color temperature of the first evaluation region being lower than the color temperature of the second evaluation region. This evaluation chart for functional eyeglass lenses enables the accurate evaluation of the suitability, with respect to the wearer, of two types of functional eyeglass lenses having different functions. |
