The present invention relates to a light source device capable of maintaining a uniform temperature. The light source apparatus (100) includes: a cooling apparatus driving unit (3) which drives a cooling apparatus (5) to make the temperature of the light source device (4) detected by a device temperature detecting unit (8) reach a target temperature; and a control unit (1) which calculates a dew point temperature of the cooling apparatus (5) and uses the calculated dew point temperature and the device temperature to control the cooling apparatus driving unit (3) and a light source device driving unit (2).
