摘要 The present invention relates to a novel cell line for measuring endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress, a composition containing the same, and the uses thereof. More specifically, provided is a cell line transformed with the following first and second recombinant virus vectors, wherein the first recombinant vector comprises an ER stress response element (ERSE) promoter, and a reporter gene-coding nucleotide sequence operatively linked to the sequence; and the second recombinant vector comprises a cytomegalo virus (CMV) promoter and a reporter gene-coding nucleotide sequence operatively linked to the sequence. In addition, provided are a composition containing the cell line for measuring the expression level of ER stress, a composition for screening toxic substances, a method for producing the cell line, and a method for screening substances inducing hepatotoxicity.
