The present invention relates to a detox functional composition and a method for manufacturing the same. The detox functional composition is prepared by compressing and extracting black sesame seeds, perilla seeds, walnuts, and safflower seeds; adding the same amount of water (g/g) to each oil; inserting each mixture into a sealed tank capable of performing ultra-high temperature flash heating; performing ultra-high temperature flash heating on each mixture; obtaining a novel oil-in-water type water-soluble cooking oil; and blending each of the cooking oils obtained above. As results of confirming the effects on bee venom, burn poison, atopy, and constipation, the novel oil-in-water type water-soluble cooking oil appears to have the effects of alleviating bee venom, burn poison, atopy, and constipation. In addition, the detox functional composition has the effects of alleviating bee venom, burn poison, atopy, and constipation by using a composition containing the water-soluble cooking oil as an effective ingredient. |
