The present invention relates to a hybrid steam boiler for steaming, including: a plurality of rice cake steamer dies mounted on the upper surface of a base plate; a rice cake streamer being mounted thereon and accommodating rice cake ingredients; a stream transfer pipe having a control valve for controlling a stream amount and being connected to the rice cake steamer dies; a water tank for storing a predetermined amount of water; a combustion chamber immersed in the water tank and having a burner for ignition to heat the water stored in the water tank to high temperatures; and a stream generator for transferring the stream generated by the water tank to the stream transfer pipe, wherein the burner starts ignition upon receiving kerosene or heavy oil from an oil tank by a control unit, and the water tank of the stream generator is further provided with a plurality of electric heaters operated by a switch of the control unit, as necessary. According to the present invention, the electric heaters of an electric boiler that entail a low cost upon a small amount of use at no extra charge are used only for a short period of time in a normal mode due to increased oil costs, and an oil or gas boiler free of extra charge can be used when the electric heaters run down or break down during use or there is a risk of extra charge since electricity is consumed in an amount exceeding a contracted level, thereby obtaining the same effects as when two boilers are operated, at a low cost without any additional stream generator. In addition, when an amount of heat required for work is insufficient with the electric heaters of the electric boiler, the burner of the oil or gas boiler is further operated, so insufficient heat amount is supplemented and an effect of improving work efficiency can be thus obtained. |
