The present invention relates to neural stimulation type rice crackers. More specifically, the rice crackers prepared by supplying moisture intermittently in a rice cracker preparation step have a predetermined degree of strength to be crushed only by chewing and deliver a tiny stimulus to the brain′s nerves, thereby preventing a user from dozing or enhancing the user′s concentration by stimulating the brain. The rice crackers are distinguished from conventional rice crackers prepared to have a crunchy texture in order to obtain unique product competitiveness. |
